Jim Kachidurian

Founder Jim Kachidurian graduated Wilkes University in 1982 with degrees in Marketing, Management and Economics. He began his career with Jarvis Walker, a regional recruiting firm concentrating in Information Technology, and subsequently headed up the mid-range IT recruiting practice at Carter McKenzie.

In 1990, Jim established The Kent Group Associates, Inc. to provide clients with a recruiting service geared to address the changing technology marketplace by identifying professional contractors who could bring value to key developmental projects. Jim has developed this contract labor outsourcing model to include complete contractor management services as well as recruiting in a variety of professional service industries.

Jim has established a vast network of leaders in a variety of industries including Insurance, Professional Services, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Consumer Products and Defense Contracting. His record of repeat business is indicative of superior customer service, evidencing a hands-on approach and personal attention to each client's operational needs.

Andy Gray

Andy has over 25 years of professional staffing experience with a concentration in retained executive search using a proactive, comprehensive, and targeted sourcing methodology coupled with professional social media to identify talented middle management and senior level executives. Andy is also extremely well versed in the use of the internet to broaden his referral network.

Andy ran his own executive search practice for many years working in technically challenging and recruiting areas, such as operations, manufacturing, and logistics; specialized sales, marketing and business development; research and development and quality; finance; and information systems. His clients have included leading companies in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and professional services industries as well as several emerging venture capital based start-ups.

Andy was formerly an Engagement Manager in KPMG' s Executive Search Consulting Practice and was previously affiliated with an IT contingency firm. Andy's delivery skills in technically challenging areas have resulted in significant repeat business from satisfied clients over the years, including one client for whom he conducted in excess of 60 specialized projects. Andy possesses a BS degree in Microbiology from Rutgers College.
